ImproVision
ImproVision is a practical teaching aid that gives children and young people a clearly structured yet creative approach to musical improvisation. The approach combines didactic precision with playful exercises and promotes musical independence, teamwork and creative expression – skills that extend far beyond music lessons and contribute to sustainable educational development.
The teaching resource is based on Curriculum 21 and was developed in close collaboration with experts in education and university teaching. It is suitable for individual and group lessons, for all instruments and performance levels, and supports teachers in establishing improvisation as an integral part of their lessons.
ImproVision will be published in summer 2027 in both print and digital formats to enable flexible and resource-efficient use. With its systematic structure and focus on active music-making, it fills a key gap in the music education landscape and gives learners access to an open, creative and future-oriented music culture.
