The Wood Frequency Festival (12–13 September 2026 in Melchtal) is being organised by motivated volunteers from BFH, ETH, PHBern, the University of Bern, HSLU and international institutions such as TH Rosenheim. Other schools are welcome to join!

The location, stages and technology are already in place, sponsors are on board, now all we need is a few more people to join the team!

The project team is looking for people to help with:

•Video and editing: social media clips, map animations, 3D animations in Blender or Twinmotion

•Marketing: sponsorship, social media, flyers, content planning

•Finance: budgeting and cost planning in association structures

•Event management: logistics, organisation, scheduling, coordination

•CO2 calculations: We want to minimise, visualise and, above all, better understand our emissions from the event, e.g. travel, energy, materials.
