Since May 2025, the Swiss Confederation, under the leadership of the Federal Office for the Environment (BAFU), has been providing targeted funding for projects aimed at adapting to climate change. Following a successful first round of funding, in which 40 projects received a total of CHF 3.5 million, the second round is now underway.

🚀 Application submission

From 29 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, applications for support under Adapt+ can be submitted again. The focus is once more on ‘multiplication projects’ – proven measures that can be implemented elsewhere.

This will provide you with all the important information about Adapt+: what criteria must be taken into account when submitting an application, how the submission and assessment process works, and what measures are eligible for funding.
