The challenge brings together interdisciplinary teams from across Europe to work together on the topic of ‘What is sustainable innovation?’ and develop new ideas.

What can participants expect?

- Workshops and sessions on topics such as engaged science and social and behavioural science approaches to sustainability

- Participation in an Academic Citizenship Assembly

- Excursion to a hydroelectric power plant near the Château de Chillon

- CHF 20,000 in prize money, distributed among the winning teams

- Additional mentoring and access to EPFL infrastructure for further development of their projects
