At Bern University of Applied Sciences, the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) are currently being used in the first degree programmes, modules and further education courses. IDGs strengthen important inner skills such as self-reflection, compassion, critical thinking and resilience.The IDGs were developed as a supplement to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and focus on personal and professional development.

At the Didactics Talk, the speakers will present these projects to you and will discuss how we can strengthen inner skills and qualities in teaching.
