🌱 Food waste in the cafeteria, overflowing bins or unreliable bus connections? Sustainability challenges are part of everyday campus life, and at the ENLIGHT GreHackathon, you can help find solutions!

💡 From the 25th to the 28th February 2027, students from Bern, Bordeaux, Göttingen, Galway and Bratislava will come together for a four-day sustainability hackathon in Slovakia.

🤝 Working in international and interdisciplinary teams, you'll spend 24 hours developing practical solutions to real sustainability challenges on campus and in the wider community, supported by academic experts and mentors.

🏆 The winning team will receive support to take its project idea towards real-world implementation.

✨ All fields of study and degree levels are welcome! No previous hackathon experience is needed. Participation is free, and travel costs are covered through your home university.

📝 How to apply: Tell us how you would approach a sustainability challenge on campus. You don't need a finished project, your ideas and perspective are what matter!
