In collaboration with Students4Sustainability and the EHSM Magglingen, the project team is organizing a climbing afternoon for students and employees of Bern's higher education landscape on 28 November.

Everyone can take part, regardless of whether they have a disability or not – the team is looking forward to climbing together and having exciting conversations!

About the eClimber

The project is a spin-off of Bern University of Applied Sciences BFH and has developed an innovative self-belay device for climbing, the eClimber. The eClimber actively supports climbers with a built-in motor during top rope climbing, similar to an e-bike when cycling.

This makes climbing accessible to people with physical disabilities who were previously unable to take part, or only with difficulty.
